Terms & Conditions
All items purchased are sold subject to use in compliance with manufacturers instructions which are clearly marked on the items. All products comply with UK reguations and are suitable for use by non-professionals.
Where advice is sought via our email or telephone service, the advice given is solely with regard to the product in connection with it's use against the pest it is cleared for use for and we do not accept responsibility for mis-use or mis-handling.
Purchases can be made easily by selecting your items direct from our website and adding them to your cart. When you have completed your order, simply go to checkout and follow the simple instructions to complete your purchase.
Our online credit/debit card facility is provided by Sagepay Protx, the leading, state of the art secure online payment provider and also by Paypal.
If, however, you prefer to order by telephone, just give us a call on 03330 119703 and we will be pleased to take your order. Alternatively email your telephone number to info[@]squirrelcontrol.co.uk and we will phone you to take your order.
Where possible, orders will be sent out the same day as being received on a Next Day or 1st Class recorded service. We cannot, however guarantee this and you should allow 5 days for your order to reach you. Where items are out of stock, we will notify you by email.
Delivery charge is £5.95 to mainland UK excluding the Highlands of Scotland. Orders outside our normal delivery charge area such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands will depend on weight and destination. Please email info[@]squirrelcontrol.co.uk for delivery cost in these areas. We do send our products to Europe and the rest of the World, please email for a delivery cost to these areas.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery where caused by any third party.
Most deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available to accept the order at the delivery address. Deliveries can be made to works addresses or to neighbours or family addresses if required. If you require orders to be left without a signature and left in a *safe* place, we can do so but the responsibility of safe receipt of the goods passes to you and no claims of non-delivery will be accepted.
If the order is incomplete, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order. If the order is damaged, we must be notified us within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
Items carrying a manufacturers guarantee that become faulty, will be repaired or replaced under the terms of the guarantee. The customer will be responsible for cost of return of the items.
Returns & Refunds
Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund of the product price (excluding delivery charge) where the item/s are returned unopened and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. A returns number must be obtained from us prior to sending. The customer will be responsible for the return cost of the item/s. For your security, please send on a recorded service. Claims for items sent but not received at our returns address will not be accepted.
Items subject to a manufacturers guarantee that are found to be faulty during the period of that guarantee, may be returned to us for testing, repair or replacement under the terms of the guarantee. We must be notified prior to return and a returns number must accompany the item with reason for return.
